Julia Palmer - Chief Executive I Networking Strategist
Julia Palmer is a respected Networking Strategist and best known for leading the face to face revolution!
Her expertise includes over 15 years of practice and research combined with Advanced Certifications in Neuro-linguistics, Emotional Intelligence (MSCEIT), Performance Consulting, Training and Assessment. By age 25 Julia was the General Manager of a Multi-Million dollar global organisation, she has built her career by organising and attending thousands of networking events across all industries internationally. Now as CEO of the Business Networking Academy, Julia and her team help empower people to create and manage more sustainable and viable networks.
Julia presents at functions and conferences around the world. She has authored two books ‘Schmoozing the Globe’ and ‘BUZZ’ and appears regularly in TV, Radio and Print Media promoting the growing importance of networking relationships in business today.

Loren is a highly resourceful and organised team player. Proficient in administrative tasks and social media marketing, she bring to the team years of experience in virtual assistance. People may see her as quiet and reserved but when she's engaged in music and sports you will see her bubbly side!

Bianca Havas - Training Facilitator
Bianca brings a breadth of experience and skills as a facilitator having spent a decade working in environmental and social change advocacy, community services and a stint in the Hollywood film industry.
Bianca is committed to real world networking, her ability to create and manage vast and varied networks has been essential element to managing multi-faceted campaigns in her career.
Her particular strength is working with people with diverse skills and backgrounds. She holds a Bachelors degree in communications and post graduate qualifications in environmental management.

Mr. Anthony Howard
Anthony Howard is CEO of The Confidere Group, supporting influential leaders to optimise their personal life, their enterprise, and their contribution to the world. An eclectic career spanning the merchant navy, business, international trade, and professional services to the upper echelon of leaders has given him a deep understanding of humanity and relationships as key drivers of business and social change in complex global environments. In his most recent role he established the Australian arm of Merryck & Co., a global CEO mentoring firm, and built it into the most successful regional business in the global organisation.
Ms. Fay De Saram
Fay de Saram is the Learning & Development Manager A&NZ HR Services for DTZ - a UGL Company. She was formerly the Employee Learning & Development Manager for Sun Microsystems in Australia and New Zealand. Her forte is in identifying, designing and delivering innovative and pragmatic learning and development interventions that address strategic human resource requirements for individuals, businesses and corporations.
With over 10 years experience as a Learning & Development Manager, Fay has received multiple Outstanding Performance Awards and recognition for her work at Sun Microsystems, Jetset Travelworld Group, the Department of Environment and Conservation, and the NSW Environment Protection Authority.
Mr. Paul Guerra
Paul Guerra is an experienced senior executive with a successful career with some renowned organisations, and has a reputation for developing people as well as the business he works in. Paul is currently providing senior level strategic advice to several organistations.
Paul has amassed significant expertise in sales, marketing and financial management. Roles previously held include Asia Pacific Vice President and General Manager for Motorola and General Manager – Victoria/Tasmania for Vodafone. Aside from the wealth of knowledge he has built over his career, Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours, and a Graduate Diploma in Management.
Mr. Greg Palmer
Greg Palmer is the Senior Manager Leadership Development, People Capability in GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES for Westpac Bank. He is the recipient of various HRIA awards, is a registered Psychologist and has a Masters in Organisational Psychology.
His other areas of expertise include Behavioural Assessment, Performance Management and Career Development, Sales Capability and Corporate Health and Wellbeing. Greg’s passion lies in applying the principles of Positive Psychology and a Strengths Based Approach.
